GENDER & TRANSFORMATION
​
Gender transformation is regulated by the state as a prerequisite for observing human rights in most instances but that does not lead to gender transformed societies and institutions. Both private and public sector must comply with state regulatory frameworks, TWHC works with individuals and institutions to put in place measures that promote and facilitate gender transformation in all spheres of life and spaces.

Organisational wellness is tied to improved productivity which is tied to high turnover and a good return on investment. TWHC helps organisations design and implement programmes that increase employee health and wellness, improve job satisfaction and productivity and we offer tools to monitor and evaluate workplace wellness initiatives.

Development of tools which explore alternate strategies for activists where work within a high-risk context is not advised; risk mitigation strategies.

Development of tools and strategies for activists for wellbeing wellness and stress management in the context of experiencing risks and threats;

Development of tools for documenting and monitoring risk and threats which will include: Collection of data on risks and threats by activists; Collation and analysis of this data for use on formal platforms to highlight the nature of risks experienced by involved in this work.​

From building an inclusive workspace to managing diverse teams, workplace culture must espouse the principles of non-discrimination and tolerance of differences. TWHC works with workplace leaders to put in place mechanisms that support and promote diversity.
